Data Analyst

- Translate group-level strategy into practical delivery models aligned with business goals and stakeholders commitments - Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and maintain scalable data models that unify disparate data sources into a "single source of truth." - Advanced Visualization: Build and oversee sophisticated BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker) that monitor organizational KPIs and operational health. - Cross-Functional Deep Dives: Partner with Finance, Product, and Delivery teams to perform exploratory analysis that identifies bottlenecks in current workflows. - Data Governance: Act as the "guardian" of data quality, implementing validation checks and documentation to ensure reporting consistency across the group. - Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection and reporting tasks, reducing the "time-to-insight" for stakeholders. - Drive analytical consistency and metric standardization across the group. - Identify data gaps, pipeline bottlenecks, and integrity risks within reporting workflows to ensure the reliability of business intelligence. - Drive continuous improvement of data assets and dashboard performance, leveraging statistical feedback, stakeholder requirements, and industry best practices in data science. - Help to guide and the maintenance of data dictionaries, tracking schemas, and BI guidelines to improve widespread adoption and literacy across all business units. - Strategic Translation: Support the translation of high-level business strategy into specific metrics and tracking frameworks.
