At least 2 years of practical experience in operations or office management. Experience in operating management systems, including planning and reporting. Ability to autonomously plan and complete tasks with responsibility and execution. Strong communication skills and maturity for stakeholder interaction. Proficiency in business English for email and international communication. Proactive team player. No disqualification for overseas business trips.
