As an HR Systems / AI Transformation Intern, you will lead a strategic initiative to transform HR operations through Artificial Intelligence. This role involves analyzing current HR workflows, designing AI-driven tools, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting recommendations for scaling AI across EMEA HR.
Requirements
- Current Student: Enrolled in an HBO or WO degree program (e.g., Business, HR, Data Science, or Digital Transformation).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach.
- Tech-Curious: Demonstrable interest in AI, automation, and digital innovation.
- Proactive Communicator: Comfortable working independently and presenting technical ideas clearly.
- HR Fundamentals: Basic understanding of HR processes or organizational structures (Nice to Have).
- Project Management: Previous experience or coursework related to project planning and execution (Nice to Have).
- International Mindset: Comfort working in a diverse, English-speaking professional environment (Nice to Have).
