Minimum 3 years of relevant game design experience. Over 50 hours of playtime in the original Palworld. Ability to conceptualize design intentions, proactively propose ideas, and concretize system structures using images, tools, and data tables. Proven ability to exchange feedback with diverse team members and pursue growth. Capable of UI/UX planning considering mobile platforms. No disqualifying reasons for overseas travel.
