Manage the introduction and procurement of broadcast equipment, including specification review, supplier discovery, and cost optimization. Oversee equipment maintenance, annual upgrades, inventory management, and on-site fault response during tournaments. Coordinate tournament logistics for equipment, including international shipping, customs, storage, and insurance. Manage broadcast personnel, including partner selection, staffing, and on-site operational oversight. Possess practical understanding of broadcast relay systems (video, audio, communication). Experience in flypack production and building/operating broadcast facilities/systems. Proficiency in broadcast equipment procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Strong understanding of and interest in esports broadcasting. Ability to travel internationally and collaborate with global partners.
