- 7+ years of professional experience in partnership, business development, or IP business fields
- Extensive experience in establishing business cooperation strategies with global brands and independently negotiating and concluding contracts
- Professional capability in analyzing industry-specific market environments and evaluating business opportunities
- Native-level English proficiency (written, verbal) for strategic proposals and negotiations in a global business environment
- No disqualification for overseas business trips
- Experience in establishing and executing licensing/sponsorship strategies in the game and cultural content IP industry (preferred)
- Experience in cross-industry partnership strategies across various industries (fashion, F&B, entertainment, etc.) (preferred)
- Experience in analyzing global market competition and planning new business models (preferred)
- Experience in strategically coordinating and managing simultaneous collaboration projects with multiple global partners (preferred)
