K-BOS(Krafton Building Operation System) 프로젝트는 2028년 입주 예정인 성수 사옥을 위한 빌딩 통합 운영 플랫폼 구축 프로젝트입니다.
구성원이 출입부터 공간 예약, 환경 제어, 편의 서비스까지 하나의 앱에서 경험할 수 있도록, 성수 클러스터 6개 동의 설비와 서비스를 단일 플랫폼으로 통합한 K-BOS를 구축하고 있습니다.
K-BOS Project Coordinator는 플랫폼 개발, 설비 구축, 외부 파트너 관리, 인증까지 동시에 진행되는 복합 프로젝트의 실무 전반을 수행하는 역할입니다.
내부 부서간 조율, 외부 벤더 협의, 일정·이슈 관리, 계약·인허가 프로세스, 건물운영까지 프로젝트의 흐름 전체를 이해하고 챙기며, K-BOS가 일정대로 앞으로 나아갈 수 있도록 실행력으로 뒷받침합니다.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, construction/development/design, facility management, building operations, general affairs, or consulting. - Experience planning and preparing reports for management or decision-makers. - Direct experience managing administrative processes such as contracts, permits, and certifications. - Self-driven experience tracking and managing schedules and issues. - No disqualifications for overseas travel.
