Job Summary
The Arcade Technical Specialist is a hands-on technical role responsible for assembling, installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial arcade games. The position also participates in field product testing, customer installations and service, and industry trade shows throughout North America. Previous hands-on experience working with commercial arcade/amusement games is required.
The position is based at our North American office in Texas and reports to the Senior Product Specialist.

Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on technical position requiring the ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, use hand tools, and work in and around commercial arcade machines. The position requires the ability to assist with the assembly, installation, positioning, and servicing of arcade equipment and to lift and move components associated with game installation and repair.

- Oversee operational duties and product implementation - Act as a key reference for new products for US Sales Marketing, Support, and Supply chain - Drive continuous quality improvement in product offerings - Track game performance through testing and onsite surveys at operator facilities - Create reports and maintain records of tests, game performance, and sales initiatives - Act as a liaison to operators and explore new business development areas - Maintain an organized working area in the warehouse - Assist with creation and maintenance of Operator Manuals (assembly procedures, photos, documentation) - Oversee new product handoff to Technical Support (training, documentation, risk identification) - Work with R&D to implement and test changes if issues escalate - Oversee trade show equipment, preparation, and execution (planning, machine prep, inventory management, spare components) - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for trade show logistics - Highly organized and detailed approach - Passion for arcade games and understanding of technical components - Outstanding communication and ability to maintain positive customer relationships - Ability to gather data and translate into organized reports - Ability to travel 30-50% to onsite locations (local and regional), valid driver's license required - Ability to work outside normal hours (nights/weekends) as needed - High school diploma/GED or at least 5 years industry experience with electronics and/or arcade games
