Role Overview:
We are looking for an IT Executive to provide hands-on desktop and IT support at our Gurgaon office. The role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing desktops/laptops and peripherals, supporting Windows/macOS, Google Workspace, basic networking, Active Directory, IT asset management, and user onboarding/offboarding.
Requirements
• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals (Windows & macOS).
• Perform PC assembly, hardware troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and replacements, coordinating with vendors when required.
• Provide onsite and remote desktop support through ticketing systems, walk-ups, and remote support tools.
• Resolve day-to-day hardware, software, desktop, and user IT issues within defined timelines.
• Install and configure PCs, network printers, and other IT equipment over LAN.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Google Workspace applications and client software.
• Support users with LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Basic knowledge of VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
• Perform basic Active Directory administration, including user creation, Groups, and Organizational Units (OUs).
• Manage new-joiner onboarding, IT setup, training, and offboarding, including equipment recovery.
• Track and maintain IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other equipment.
• Manage site-level IT operations, including workstation setup, conference room IT support, network checks, equipment upkeep, and ticket queue management.
• Maintain workstations and ensure IT equipment is operational, secure, and properly configured.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for repairs, maintenance, and technical issues.
