Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Program Administration:
o Manage day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program, including onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes.
o Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Vendor Management System (VNDLY or similar).
• Compliance & Governance:
o Monitor adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and contractual agreements.
o Support audits and reporting to ensure program compliance.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Support:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
o Assist with issue resolution and escalate concerns as needed.
• Reporting & Analytics:
o Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, spend, cycle times).
o Provide insights to improve program performance and cost efficiency.
• Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
o Support implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
o 2+ years in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
o Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred.
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and communication skills.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
o Experience using AI tools (Preferred)
