Hours: 40 per week, rolling 5 days out of 7

You'll spend your days supporting customers across Greater London, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring our products are performing at their best. If you're self-motivated, enjoy meeting new people, and take pride in fixing things, we'd love to hear from you.
We're currently looking for technicians to cover the N, E, IG and EN or WD, AL, LU,SG, MK postcode areas, working a rolling 5 out of 7 day pattern.

What You'll Do
Install, service, and repair gaming and betting terminals across customer sites.
Complete new venue installations to the highest standards.
Carry out preventative maintenance and respond quickly to service requests.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.
Coordinate equipment removals and upgrades when required.
Build strong relationships with customers, providing clear updates and operational guidance.
Accurately record service visits, maintenance activities, and customer feedback.
Travel across your designated region, managing your daily schedule effectively.
A genuine interest in technology and troubleshooting.
Strong customer service skills and confidence communicating with a wide range of people.
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Good organisation and time management skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent service.
A full UK driving licence.
Experience in IT, electronics, engineering, maintenance, delivery, or another field-based role would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
