- More than 5 years of sales account management experience preferred.
- Experience selling to Clubs and Hotels industry preferred, but not essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business/Commerce discipline are desirable.
- Skilled in value-based sales and aligning solutions with customer priorities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain CXO-level relationships.
- Strong data fluency with experience crafting strategies from performance metrics and market insights.
- Effective use of CRM systems and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) for pipeline management and reporting.
- High EQ, excellent negotiation, and strong presentation skills.
- Quick learner, proactive self-starter, and collaborative team player.
