Join Light & Wonder as a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair betting and gaming terminals across Greater London. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, responding to service calls, and ensuring high standards for new installations. You will also maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear instructions and logging feedback.
Requirements
- A passion for technology and the willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service and confident communication skills.
- Good time management and ability to meet targets.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Previous technical experience is an advantage but not essential.
