- Must have proven experience within the casinos/land-based gaming industry.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with current operators, merchants, partners, and customers to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
- Act as the primary connection between internal teams and existing merchants/partners, as well as new business prospects.
- Actively engage, onboard, and support new merchants, ensuring an efficient and high-quality onboarding experience.
- Promote products and services tailored to the needs of the gaming industry.
- Work closely with Product teams to identify functionality gaps and new product requirements within the gaming vertical.
- Maintain, grow, and monitor your pipeline within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive queue management.
- Oversee the submission of complete and accurate applications for new merchants.
- Serve as the liaison between Partners/Merchants and internal departments to ensure consistent communication and smooth operations.
- Participate in Gaming team projects that align with Sales objectives and contribute to overall Sales targets.
- Attend gaming-related trade shows and webinars to represent and promote Light & Wonder.
- Fluency in English (additional regional languages are an asset).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Experience delivering effective product presentations that have driven successful outcomes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales-based targets (considered an asset).
- High sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and a positive, resilient attitude.
- A solution-oriented mindset with strong customer relationship management skills to drive performance, targets, and KPIs.
- Ability to travel to and from prospective merchants throughout Europe and the US.
