As a Technical Project Manager based in Lausanne for our MKS business, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team for New Product Introduction (NPI) - from Project definition up to the introduction in Mass Production (MP). You will be a catalyst between our ESW (Embedded Software) and Software groups delivering superior UX's and continuous device enhancements. You will make the difference by leading the team towards the agreed objectives and by managing activities across multiple sites. Your technical background and your ability to reduce risks, investigate issues and solve problems at project level will be a great asset. You are passionate about products and delivering amazing experiences to enhance the life of millions of people as they interact everyday with digital content.

Minimum 7 years of project management experience in high-tech environments with global, cross-functional teams from concept to stable manufacturing. Essential knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (EdgeAI, TinyML) on Host and Device sides. Strong cross-functional knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, and Embedded Software. Expertise in project management standards and methodologies. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, interact, influence, and negotiate effectively with all levels of management. Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering required. Formal Project Management (PMP) certification and prior experience leading AI/ML product integration in embedded environments are a plus.
