We are seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead with strong C++ hands-on experience to guide, mentor, and empower a team of C++ and game engineers. This role involves direct contribution to the development of our software development kit, ensuring it remains scalable and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will have extensive C++ development and team leadership experience, maintaining a passion for coding and product development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with experience in a leadership role.
- Expertise in C++ and software architecture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of software developers.
