We are looking for an experienced Lead LiveOps & Monetization Designer to join one of our subsidiaries and work within a global team of international professionals.

This is a hands-on leadership role with strong ownership of the game’s monetization strategy and LiveOps execution. You will design, configure, launch, and optimize offers, promotions, events, pricing, segmentation, and other initiatives aimed at improving revenue, conversion, payer engagement, and long-term player value.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the game’s LiveOps and IAP monetization strategy
• Design and optimize offers, bundles, promotions, pricing, event monetization, and targeted campaigns
• Analyze player behavior, economy, progression, and purchase patterns to identify monetization opportunities
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, ARPDAU, ARPPU, conversion, payer rate, purchase frequency, retention, and offers performance
• Build and maintain the LiveOps and monetization calendar across frequent release cycles
• Develop new events and monetization concepts using existing game systems, assets, and configuration capabilities
• Work hands-on with config sheets and spreadsheets to manage events, rewards, offers, pricing, and other LiveOps parameters
• Develop player segmentation, targeted offers, and lifecycle-based monetization strategies
• Define and evaluate A/B tests and monetization experiments
• Coordinate execution across Product, Game Design, Analytics, QA, Development, Art, and other stakeholders
• Lead the LiveOps team, set priorities, improve workflows, and ensure reliable execution

Requirements

• Around 5+ years of relevant experience, including substantial hands-on ownership of LiveOps and monetization for mobile F2P games
• Strong knowledge of IAP offers, bundles, pricing, promotions, virtual economies, payer conversion, and lifecycle monetization
• Strong understanding of monetization KPIs and the ability to turn data into actionable improvements
• Hands-on experience with config sheets, spreadsheets, or similar configuration systems
• Experience with player segmentation, targeted offers, and monetization experiments
• Strong LiveOps ideation and systems-design skills
• Experience managing frequent release cycles and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, leadership, and English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with 4X strategy, RPG, MMO, or other systems-heavy games
• Experience with economy design, gacha, subscriptions, battle passes, shops, or progression monetization
• Experience with personalized offers, automation, experimentation tools, dashboards, or LiveOps CMS platforms

Maintain client relationships and conduct status updates, meetings, and milestones. Create project documentation including SOWs, schedules, technical and functional requirements. Manage creative and development teams to set goals and check quality of deliverables. Resolve issues in a timely and diplomatic manner and utilize change management. Special focus on mobile and gaming solutions. Collaborate in defining and implementing project management processes and workflows. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Digital Media, Game Production, Game Design, or App development. Minimum 2 years experience with gaming/interactive/mobile frameworks. Minimum 2 years experience in high-impact project management. Minimum 2 years shipping commercially available products. Fundamental Understanding of the Google Play and iOS App store. Strong production portfolio. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, bid package preparation and variety of vendors. Knowledge of Agile development, SPRINT planning, and SCRUM. Demonstrates ability to lead staff, instill a spirit of teamwork and promote staff development. Possesses solid aesthetic sensibilities and storytelling skills.
