- Strong knowledge of 3D editing tools, 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, etc., to be able to deliver high-quality assets
- Advanced understanding of texture painting, material setup, low and high-poly modelling, UV painting, and topology
- Strong skills in conception, production, and integration, with a clear understanding of optimizing and implementing art assets for mobile games
- Understanding of animation principles and foundations, efficient UV layout for low poly objects, of lighting tools, anatomy for realistic humanoid characters and creatures, and creating outdoor environments for 3D games
- A critical and artistic eye, knowledge of form, line, and lighting
- Ability to work in multiple varied art styles and adapt styles for the target audience
- Technical understanding of the game development process
