QA Lead

KW Studios is an exciting and vibrant game development studio, with its foundations built on the success of the Raceroom game and the legacy of such hit products as the GTR and Race franchises. We’re part of the huge KW Automotive group, a global force in performance suspension who put us in the unique position of having race sim software and hardware products under one virtual roof. We are looking for a seasoned QA Lead to work on our acclaimed Raceroom PC race sim and related consumer and commercial software projects. You’ll be part of a motivated and growing international team that’s also laying the foundations for exciting future game projects. You’ll have extensive experience of managing resources and creating efficient test and compliance programs that will maintain the highest quality of delivery. Your technical reporting methods will be clear and concise. The team works remotely, so you’ll be confident in your communication skills and fluent in English. The role entails close cooperation with the Head Of Studio to manage and assign tasks to the distributed team; people management skills will be second nature to you. Ideally you’ll be familiar with standard management tools such as JIRA, and basic programming skills would be an advantage.
