👀 The Role
Title: Paid Social Manager
Team: Performance Marketing
Location: Gibraltar, on-site
Paid Social is a key driver of Midnite’s growth, and we’re looking for someone to own its commercial strategy and performance across multiple platforms. Working closely with our agency partner, you’ll set the direction for budget allocation, testing and optimisation, challenge execution with hands-on platform expertise, and ensure investment is measured against genuine business impact rather than platform-reported results alone.
You will:
Own Midnite’s Paid Social strategy and commercial performance across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms.
Recommend and govern budget allocation, applying clear scale, hold and stop decisions based on incremental impact, CPA, FTD growth, NGR payback and cohort quality.
Lead incrementality testing through geo-tests, audience holdouts and lift studies.
Own creative testing, partnering with Creative and Brand to generate repeatable performance insights.
Oversee and challenge agency optimisation across campaign structure, bidding, tracking and landing pages.
Partner across Performance Marketing, Product, Data and Compliance to deliver joined-up, measurable and compliant Paid Social activity.
Identify new growth opportunities and support new-market launches with clear measurement and commercial benchmarks.
Build strong relationships with platform partners to access new features, betas and category insights.
Hold agency partners accountable for execution quality and maintain clear governance over material budget decisions.
The next Midniter:
Has 3+ years' experience managing high-performing Paid Social campaigns with significant acquisition budgets.
Has extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and strong knowledge of additional paid social platforms such as Snap, TikTok, Reddit or X.
Understands mobile attribution and tracking, with experience using leading MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch.
Is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and confident making data-driven decisions.
Has experience optimising campaigns across both websites and mobile app acquisition.
Is comfortable leading creative discussions and understands what makes effective, high-converting paid social advertising.
Thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience within gambling, gaming or influencer marketing is a bonus, but not essential.
Is commercially analytical and comfortable working with incrementality frameworks, cohort data and attribution approaches beyond last-click.
Has experience managing or constructively challenging an external agency partner, and can translate complex analysis into clear, evidence-based commercial recommendations.
