As a Senior Producer, you will serve as the operational anchor of our game development pipelines. Driving projects from initial concept through release and live operations. You will partner with creative directors, lead cross-functional development teams, manage roadmaps, and ensure we ship high-quality interactive experiences on time and within budget.

Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation within the applicable salary range will be determined based on factors such as the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and work location.
San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; Boston, MA; & Seattle, WA DC Metropolitan Areas: $120,000 - $152,000USD annually
Austin, TX; Denver, CO; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; & Miami, FL Metropolitan Areas: $105,000- $132,000 USD annually
All Other U.S. Locations: $89,000 - $113,000 USD annually

7+ years of game production experience with at least one shipped title in a Senior, Lead, or Tech Producer capacity; proven ability to manage dependencies and workflows across engineering, design, art, audio, and narrative disciplines; expert-level command of Jira and Confluence, adapting Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks; demonstrated ability to make pragmatic scope trade-offs; experience supporting post-launch cycles; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
