Producer - Brand and Marketing

- 5+ years of experience as a Producer, Production Manager, or similar role - Proven track record of owning and delivering projects end-to-end - Strong production fundamentals: scheduling, budgeting, and delivery management - Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies - Experience partnering with senior marketing stakeholders and contributing to go-to-market planning and execution - Highly organized and structured with strong project management and prioritization skills - Strong sense of ownership and accountability - Skilled communicator, comfortable leading stakeholder discussions and driving alignment across senior stakeholders - Good understanding of creative processes and what drives high-quality brand work - Fluent in written and verbal English - Experience with production and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Slack, ClickUp) - Eligible to work in Sweden and based in Stockholm (or willing to relocate)
