This role reports onsite in our London office.

The Role:
Music is the heartbeat of Moonbug's globally loved brands. From the chart-topping nursery rhymes of CoComelon to the energetic soundtracks of Blippi, our audio catalogue engages billions of listeners every month. As our Copyright Coordinator for Music Publishing, you will play a vital role in ensuring this vast and expanding catalogue is accurately documented, registered, and protected worldwide.
Sitting within our broader Music team, you will act as a guardian of our musical intellectual property. You will manage complex metadata, support cue sheet administration, and collaborate closely with Music production teams and our publishing partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented music rights professional to support copyright operations in a rapidly scaling, digital-first entertainment company, directly supporting our ability to monetise and protect the songs children around the world love.
Responsibilities:
Requirements
Maintain accurate copyright records in internal and external systems. Register new musical works and prepare CWR files. Create, prepare, and track cue sheet submissions. Monitor agent and sub-publisher registration activity. Collaborate with Income Tracking, Label Operations, and Legal teams. Act as a point of contact for copyright queries with PROs and stakeholders. Own asset-level metadata accuracy, identify and correct discrepancies. Identify opportunities to streamline copyright and metadata workflows.
