This individual will be the hands-on owner of our community ecosystem, responsible for independently creating and managing content across all social media and Discord channels, with a specialized focus on Anime inspired games.You will build direct relationships with players by actively engaging in discussions and addressing player feedback, utilizing your deep understanding of these specific genres and their unique community cultures. By leveraging social media metrics and data analysis, the Community Manager will work to develop ways to acquire new players, retain existing players and positively impact overall sentiment. As the voice of our players, you will also work closely with cross-functional teams to surface trends and discuss opportunities for improvement.
