Product Operations Specialist

Job Description

1. Responsible for shelf operations of game products on the platform: continuously identify product opportunities and drive product selection, listing, configuration, SKU updates, and daily maintenance; adjust operational strategies in a timely manner based on game versions, campaigns, and market trends.
2. Responsible for product pricing operations: continuously track supply costs, competitor pricing, and product profit margins; assist in formulating and adjusting pricing strategies; monitor key metrics of assigned game products such as GMV, traffic, and conversion rates, and identify root causes and corresponding solutions.
3. Responsible for day-to-day merchant operations and service quality management, including merchant communication, quotation negotiation, supply and fulfillment follow-up, and policy training; continuously improve merchant supply quality; expand high-quality merchant partnerships based on business needs.
4. Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, product, and other teams to support product-side operational requirements for key games, new releases, and marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient and smooth business execution.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, trading platforms, or related product/merchant operations. Experience in virtual product operations is preferred.
2. Strong interest in gaming; familiarity with at least one category among PC, console, or mobile games; ability to understand game versions, campaigns, and player spending needs.
3. Strong execution and sense of responsibility; excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-team collaboration skills; able to independently drive merchant and product operation initiatives.
4. Chinese as a working language; strong cross-cultural communication skills

Bachelor's degree; 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, trading platforms, or product/merchant operations (virtual product preferred); strong interest in gaming and familiarity with PC, console, or mobile games; strong execution, responsibility, communication, negotiation, and cross-team collaboration skills; proficiency in Chinese as a working language.
