SUMMARY:
Join Nintendo's Program Management Consulting & Services (PMCS) team and help drive some of the company's most strategic cross-functional initiatives. As a member of PMCS, you will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across Nintendo of America to lead programs and projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver meaningful business outcomes that support Nintendo's continued growth and innovation.
Beyond traditional project management, PMCS serves as a trusted consulting partner to the business, helping teams improve processes, solve organizational challenges, and support product lifecycle activities across pre-release, launch, and post-launch operations. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Pay Range:
$120,900—$217,650 USD
Minimum 8-10 years of related experience with full understanding of project management methodologies. Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and manage cultural situations. Advanced skills in MS Office and online project management tools (SmartSheet, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence). Bachelor’s degree in Project Management/Business or related field, or equivalent. Formal Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, PgMP, CAPM, etc.) or equivalent; PMP and/or CSM preferred. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
