SUMMARY:
This position is part of the Consumer Services team and is responsible for writing thoughtful, user-focused interface copy used throughout the Nintendo Support website and internal agent tools. They create the vision for written content, ensure usability standards, and keep the brand voice consistent across multiple platforms and languages.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Pay Range:
$108,450—$173,550 USD
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in UX writing, editorial, marketing, copywriting, or related. Experience in UX-focused navigation and communication writing and shaping content for multi-channel. Bonus points for experience with content migration, site inventory, audits, analysis, and SEO. Working knowledge of the design process and general UX design principles. Experience using and managing CMS/CCMS tools. Bonus points for having experience migrating to CMS/CCMS. Ability to present to all levels within an organization, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience applying accessibility best practices to ensure content is clear, usable, and inclusive across digital experiences. Experience working with localization workflows and global content considerations is a plus. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered.
