- At least 3 years of experience in game marketing
- Experience working with Steam and other platforms for buy-to-play games
- Strong management skills: planning, creating briefs, setting tasks, and monitoring execution
- Confident knowledge of advertising channels, formats, and key metrics
- Experience with analytics systems and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Extensive gaming experience on PC and/or consoles, and an understanding of what gamers want
- Creativity plus the ability to clearly formulate thoughts and express them well
- English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level.
