Peak Games is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to lead the design and development of engaging mobile game features, drive the product roadmap, and analyze player behavior to deliver the best user experience.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Specialist who will be responsible for creating the best experience for our users.
As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with software engineers, artists and cross-functional teams to build, launch, and analyze our products.
• Lead the design and development of game features, balancing creative vision with data-driven thinking
• Own the product roadmap and drive the strategic direction of the game
• Monitor ongoing tasks within the team, ensuring execution stays on track and deadlines are met
• Analyze player behavior and feature performance to make informed product decisions
• Drive the full game development cycle, from concept to launch
• Brainstorm new ideas collaboratively with the team to generate and refine the best games
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Economics
• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming
• Deep understanding of mobile casual game mechanics and user behavior
• Proven ability to make informed decisions based on large datasets
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, bridging creative and technical sides
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Economics. 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming.
