About the Role & Team
As part of the Data Engineering team, you'll partner closely with Data Services, Analytics Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality data solutions. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, and communication skills, a passion for data, a strong background in computer science, and an interest in professional sports, betting and/or eSports.

Salary Range
$165,000—$200,000 USD

Minimum 3 years in a data-oriented leadership/management role; at least 5 years experience in software/data development; experience leading teams of 3+ engineers; strong competencies in computer science, distributed systems, and software/system design; proficiency with data pipeline and workflow management tools (Airflow, DBT, AWS Lambdas); strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Python, and Docker; experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS); systems design fundamentals and working knowledge of data architecture and governance; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
