- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years CRM experience or equivalent position.
- In-depth knowledge of the sportsbook/igaming space.
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app mobile messaging; Optimove experience a plus.
- Strong copywriting and project management skills.
- High level of attention to detail is a must.
- Data-driven and curious about customer behavior.
- Optimistic, solutions oriented and a great problem solver.
- Strong team player, always willing to offer support and assistance when required.
- Collaborative in your approach and good at building strong working relationships.
