Risk & Trading Associate

- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, business or other fields within analytical disciplines - Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays - 1 to 2 years’ experience in a trading environment or assessing and calculating risk within the areas of insurance or finance advantageous - Good all round sports betting knowledge and a strong interest in betting and odds required - Data obsessed, not just data driven. Excellent mathematical skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Flexibility is a must as working hours will be dictated by business needs. Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays - Able to multitask and work under pressure - Ability to work in fast paced environment and make decisions quickly - Must have exceptional time management skills - High attention to detail and precision in delivery - Ability to learn quickly, work independently and in a team setting - Strong initiative and outstanding work ethic
