This Senior Events Specialist role involves coordinating and supporting Penn Interactive's events and player engagement activities to boost customer lifetime value and retention. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, administration, merchandise inventory, and ensuring events align with brand standards and business goals. The role requires a process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, PR, business administration, or related field. - At least 3 years events or similar job experience. - At least 1 year budget management experience for a mid to large size events team. - Excellent detail orientation skills. - Ability to execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment. - Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). - Excellent analytical and time-management skills. - Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds. - Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations (Jersey, Illinois, Pennsylvania). - MUST HAVE: Passion for sports, casino and/or sports & casino betting. - Position requires licensing in applicable states that PI operates, which is subject to change. - Must be at least 21 years of age. - Expected to travel 50% of the time, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Must be located within 100 Miles (161 Kilometers) of an office site (Cherry Hill, NJ, Philadelphia, PA or Toronto, ON).
