Job Summary

About this job
This role involves assisting the Events Team in coordinating and managing various events and player engagement activities to align with business goals. Responsibilities include day-to-day event administration, merchandise inventory management, and coordinating logistics such as ticket distribution, guest lists, and travel. The specialist will also be responsible for budget analysis and post-event evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, PR, business administration, or related field
- At least 3 years events or similar job experience
- At least 1 year budget management experience for a mid to large size events team
- Excellent detail orientation skills
- Ability to execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations (Jersey, Illinois, Pennsylvania)
- MUST HAVE: Passion for sports, casino and/or sports & casino betting
- Position requires licensing in applicable states that PI operates, which is subject to change
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, including nights, weekends and holidays
