• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the game
• Design and implement new game features based on both analytical and creative process
• Plan and execute the product roadmap, making data-driven iterations when necessary, and optimize player engagement and retention
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure of a smooth execution
• Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry, experience with casual games is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive product decisions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
