About this job
As an IT System Technician apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for technical challenges. You will learn to build, maintain, and protect computers, networks, and servers, as well as install and configure hardware and software. You will also support users with IT questions, implement IT security, data management, and system documentation using modern tools, and continuously optimize IT systems.
Requirements
- Ideally a good compulsory school leaving certificate or Matura
- Interest in IT, technology & digital solutions
- Enjoy logical and solution-oriented thinking
- No fear of complex systems or new tools
- Reliable, precise, and curious
- Enjoy working in a team, but also able to complete tasks independently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or network technology is an advantage, but not a must
