- At least 5 years in compensation / total rewards in an international or multi-entity environment
- Solid knowledge of compensation principles and practices, including: - Job architecture and levelling - Base pay and salary structures - Short- and long-term incentives (STI & LTI) - Salary benchmarking and market surveys - Equity or share-based programs
- Demonstrated experience building, improving, and operating total rewards frameworks in multiple countries.
- Strong analytical capability and technical proficiency with data, including advanced Excel/spreadsheets and compensation systems
- Confidence in translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for P&C, leaders, and senior stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-moving, creative, or tech-driven industry (e.g. gaming, digital, technology, media), with an appreciation that talent markets and reward practices evolve quickly
- Comfort operating across the full spectrum of the role: from hands-on administration to strategic design and Board-level work in a small, high-impact team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trusted relationships with portfolio and business leaders, and clearly explain both the “what” and the “why”
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
