- 3+ years in F2P mobile gaming marketing, ideally idle RPGs
- At least one full launch cycle owned or co-owned (soft launch through global launch)
- Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies
- Proficiency in using Sensor Tower to analyze creative performance
- Experience working with marketing analytics (attribution, cohort data, LTV, ROAS)
- Fluent in CTR, IPM, CPI, D1/D7/D30 retention
- Experience with store presence & ASO
- Experience in creative briefing and testing (hypothesis building, audience framing, A/B testing, iterative optimization)
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work, with exposure to generative AI for visual assets
- Advanced English language skills
- Desired: Comfortable building lightweight pipelines and motivation to develop agentic workflows as core infrastructure
- Desired: Education or experience in graphic design
