- 4+ years of experience working as a Head of SEO or a similar role
- Knowledge of the best on-site and off-site SEO practices
- Experience using popular website crawlers (ScreamingFrog, DeepCrawl, Moz), SEO analysis tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, SEOptimer), and web analytics software (WebTrends, UserTesting, Google Analytics)
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, organized
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
