- 3+ years (or equivalent) of brand/product/campaign management experience, ideally within consumer-facing industries
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Fluent in Italian & English with the ability to confidently participate in international meetings and produce professional documentation
- Passion for gaming with a strong and demonstrable knowledge of the gaming industry, player dynamics and ecosystem
- Strong and up-to-date understanding of Gen Z behaviors, language and social media trends, with the ability to immediately apply these insights in a marketing context
- Solid technical understanding of console features and ecosystem, with the ability to support internal stakeholders on product-related topics
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and pivot to respond to business demands in a dynamic and busy environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Curious, proactive, and with a “can-do” attitude
- Strong interest in consumer insights and ability to translate them into creative solutions
