- 5+ years' (or equivalent) experience in a campaign marketing, brand marketing, or related role.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication/written/presentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Power to work autonomously but collaboratively in a team environment with minimal direction.
- Confident communicator with demonstrated ability to influence and manage stakeholders and external suppliers on a local and global level.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
- Naturally collaborative with a strong emphasis on building and leveraging relationships both internally and externally.
