Director, Litigation EMEA

- 15+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) with substantial experience leading complex litigation matters, alongside additional exposure to advising on competition and/or regulatory issues within large-scale, complex environments. - Qualified lawyer in the UK with experience of working across jurisdictions in EMEA or globally. - An excellent understanding of litigation risk and a strategic and commercial mindset. - Substantial experience advising clients responding to subpoenas, RFIs, CIDs, and interview requests from competition authorities and other regulatory agencies. - An understanding of competition law and principles, and the ability to efficiently review, interpret, and analyse sophisticated legal information. - Data-driven mentality and ability to identify and recommend the best course of action even in ambiguous situations. - A keen working understanding of policy-making processes and government relations.
