Manager, UX Design, Connect

- BA/BS in Interaction or Product Design, Human Factors, or equivalent experience. - 1-3 years experience as a design leader in a large product design organization. - 5+ years of product or UX design experience, including platform or systems-level work. - A portfolio that showcases thoughtful, simple, deliberate & intuitive design, with extraordinary interaction, motion, and visuals. - Experience shipping complex, multi-surface experiences (console, mobile, web, or connected devices). - Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills. - Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, technically complex environments. - Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. - High level of proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, tokens, animation, plugins, etc. - Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
