- BA/BS in Interaction or Product Design, Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing consumer product experiences (mobile-first strongly preferred).
- A portfolio that showcases thoughtful, simple, deliberate & intuitive design, with extraordinary interaction, motion, and visuals.
- Experience shipping robust designs across mobile and web.
- Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, technically complex fast-moving environments.
- Experience shaping product direction in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
- High level of proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, tokens, animation, plugins, etc.
- Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
- Strong product intuition, with the ability to balance speed, experimentation, and long-term quality.
