The Studio Partner Operations Manager will lead a team of Specialists within PlayStation Studios' Partner Sourcing Group, delivering class-leading service and support to development teams. This role involves managing concierge services, coordinating efforts among vendors and internal partners, and driving process improvements to ensure swift and seamless partner onboarding.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Outsourcing Management, Business Analytics, or similar
- Excellent team leadership and mentorship skills, with a record of enabling a team to do their best work and provide exceptional service
- Record of delivering scalable solutions and driving process improvements in the development or publishing of AAA video games
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work, from documentation to execution
