Systems Engineer I

- Master’s degree in Information Systems, or related field or equivalent - Two (2) years of experience designing custom JIRA workflow to automate provisioning, building, and deploying servers and applications - Maintaining, administering, enhancing, and integrating JIRA and Confluence - Developing medium to complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes in JIRA - Creating JIRA projects, queries and reports, JIRA templates, custom issues and workflows, custom forms and attributes - Troubleshooting and addressing issues arising with Confluence - Maintaining and improving user access to Confluence - Reviewing and approving global changes to Jira and Confluence to maintain system stability - Recommending best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within the Atlassian Suite - Discovering, scoping and implementing Jira and Confluence workflows that meet business needs - Researching and recommending Atlassian products, plug-ins, and roadmap features for future enhancements to support business objective - Utilizing Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, REST Services, VB Script, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, SQL, Python, Agile Kanban/Scrum, Networking, DNS, Database, Web Proxies, Active Directory, and Web APIs.
