INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS) TEAM
The IMS team provides enterprise‑level access to critical data across Playtech’s ecosystem. The unit is responsible for delivering reliable, scalable access to data across Playtech’s platforms. The team designs and maintains flexible reporting solutions while enabling downstream data consumption by licensees, internal data warehouses, and regulatory systems. The role operates at the intersection of data engineering and compliance, addressing complex and evolving regulatory requirements across different markets and countries.

- Take responsibility for troubleshooting incidents- Formulate theories, test hypotheses, and narrow down possibilities to identify the root cause- Communicate effectively with various teams across the company- Solve problems and propose improvements to current solutions- Ensure that products operate reliably 24/7- Work with documentation to support ongoing processes and knowledge sharing- Can script basic programming languages (Python or Bash, etc ..)- Are familiar with Git, Puppet, and Grafana.- Understand the fundamentals of Linux OS and Networking.- Have working knowledge of SQL and can write simple queries.- Take ownership of your tasks and enjoy working independently.- Manage your time efficiently and consistently deliver on commitments.- Are curious by nature and like to dig into details to understand how systems work.
