We are looking for an exceptional Creative Manager to join a strategic and high-impact project at Playtika.

This is a unique opportunity to create real value and meaningful impact on a product from its early stages, while working closely with Product and Creative teams. You will be exposed to a wide range of challenges across creative production, product development, content creation, workflows, and studio operations - with the ability to influence not only what we build, but also how we build it.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes AI, but also brings strong creative foundations. The ideal candidate combines creative skills and taste, technical ability, production understanding, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset to turn AI capabilities into real business impact.

You will help us accelerate and create content, generate high-quality creative assets, build scalable workflows, and explore how AI can improve the way the entire studio operates.

This role is perfect for someone who is hungry, positive, proactive, and excited to build something meaningful from the ground up. It is also a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond a narrow role definition, expand into broader areas of responsibility, and help shape a new AI-driven capability within the studio.

In your day to day you will:

  • Build and architect workflows - design production pipelines that combine AI tools, creative tools, automation, and human review into scalable processes the studio can use to boost quality, efficiency and time to market.
  • Create end-to-end creative assets - from concept to production (Concept, UX/UI, 2d, copy, etc’).
  • Master the “non-AI” layer - bring strong creative instincts, taste, storytelling, copywriting, visual understanding, and production awareness. AI is the tool, but your judgment and creative skills and adjustments are what makes the output great.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product and Creative - shape meaningful outputs that impact the product itself, while also improving how the studio works, creates, and iterates.
  • Train and enable studio teams - guide the studio’s different departments on how to use the most powerful AI tools effectively in their daily work, helping the entire studio build stronger AI capabilities.
  • Stay ahead of the AI curve - constantly explore new tools across text, image, video, 3D, animation, and automation, and translate them into practical workflows.

Qualifications:

  • You have deep hands-on AI expertise - you have significant experience using AI to create real things: assets, copy, workflows, prototypes, concepts, automations, or production-ready materials. You don’t just know the tools - you know how to make them deliver value.
  • You have strong creative foundations - you bring taste, visual judgment, storytelling instincts, and a strong sense of what makes creative work feel polished, premium, and production-ready. Experience in art, animation, 3D, copywriting, UX, marketing, gaming, or content creation is a strong advantage.
  • You are technically sharp - you are comfortable exploring new tools, connecting systems, building workflows, working with automation and agents, and thinking in scalable processes rather than one-off outputs.
  • You write excellent in English - you can create, adapt, and refine high-quality copy for product experiences, UX flows, player-facing content, creative concepts, marketing materials, and localization.
  • You take ownership - you can take an ambiguous need, break it down, choose the right approach, and deliver strong outputs with minimal guidance.
  • You are hungry, positive, and proactive - you move fast, learn fast, solve problems, and bring energy into everything you do.
  • You can show your work - you have examples of AI-generated assets, workflows, automations, agents, copy, prototypes, or creative production processes you have built.
