We are seeking a driven Senior Legal Counsel to join our robust in-house legal team in Israel. As a key part of our legal function, you will gain hands-on experience working on strategic transactions, managing corporate governance initiatives and litigation, and working cross-functionally with colleagues worldwide. This role is suited for an attorney who can independently handle work areas.

Responsibilities 

Strategic Transactions:

  • Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, financings and other strategic transactions
  • Advise management and key stakeholders within business on operations and strategy

Securities Law Compliance and Corporate Governance:

  • Support SEC reporting and compliance activity
  • Oversee corporate entity management and ongoing governance activities, including preparation of board and shareholder materials, management of signatory authorities, annual filings and registrations across multiple jurisdictions

Litigation Support and Management:

  • Support legal strategy formulation by liaising with internal stakeholders, compiling relevant facts, and assisting with communication between the legal department, business units, and external counsel

Requirements:

LL.B. (or equivalent), with valid Israeli Bar admission 

6+ years relevant experience

Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to multitask, track deadlines, and execute projects independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate across different internal departments

Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive and confidential information

A proactive, positive, solutions-oriented approach and eagerness to learn in a global company

Experience representing U.S. publicly-traded companies and familiarity with SEC filings is preferred but not required
