Join us at Playtika (NASDAQ: PLTK), where we're driven by the belief life needs play. We’re on a mission to deliver infinite ways to play using cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine learning to craft immersive experiences that connect, inspire and entertain millions of players worldwide.

From our start as a small mobile games company founded in Israel to our current position as a publicly traded company and industry leader, we continue to be a dominant force in interactive entertainment. With a diverse portfolio of award-winning, category-leading Casual and Social Casino-themed games, including nine of the top 100 highest-grossing mobile games in the US, we're setting the standard for excellence.

With a strong financial foundation, disciplined operations, unwavering player-focused approach and relentless can-do spirit, we're well-positioned for sustained growth. If you're ready to join the driving force behind the evolution of interactive entertainment, we invite you to come play with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow monitoring & observability: Splunk, Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, AlertManager, integrations (e.g. PagerDuty); tune alerts, dashboards, and on-call signal quality.
  • Operate Kubernetes platforms (e.g. SpectroCloud / Cloudstack): deploy workloads, routine changes, node/cluster hygiene, work with operators and GitOps (Flux, Helm/Kustomize).
  • Help run stateful services in k8s with senior guidance: e.g. Kafka, MariaDB/Galera — incidents, runbooks, upgrades.
  • Participate in migrations & cutovers (prep, sync, failover steps) as part of a larger team.
  • Contribute to automation: Ansible playbooks, Bash/Python scripts, SSL/cert workflows where documented.
  • Use AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, similar) to speed up investigation, scripting, IaC changes, and documentation — with human review and safe change practices.
  • Support production: on-call rotation (with escalation paths), incidents, ChatOps, studio-facing tickets; document in Confluence; use Jira for work tracking.
  • Collaborate with SRE, DI, RnD, and ServiceOPS teams on all technical and monitoring aspects.

Requirements:

  • Strong tilt toward monitoring: hands-on with Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics and Grafana (Splunk will be a plus).
  • Comfortable on Linux (Ubuntu LTS): shells, systemd, logs, networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, ports, load balancing concepts).
  • Kubernetes fundamentals: pods, Deployments, Services, resources/limits, reading Helm/Kustomize, willingness to deepen on statefulSets/operators.
  • Exposure to at least one data/log stack: e.g. OpenSearch/Elasticsearch or Kafka or MariaDB — not all; eagerness to learn the rest.
  • Logging: basic ELK/OpenSearch/Filebeat experience or equivalent lab project.
  • Git + GitOps mindset: branches/PRs, Flux or similar CI/CD to clusters (can be mentored).
  • Scripting: Bash for daily tasks; can read and small edits in Python.
  • Comfort using AI coding assistants (e.g. Cursor, Claude) for everyday work: exploring repos/configs, drafting changes, summarizing incidents — with judgment on correctness and security.
  • Secrets & automation: Vault or similar concepts; Ansible familiarity helpful, not mandatory day one.
  • Soft skills: clear written updates, calm troubleshooting with others; Confluence + Jira.
  • Bonus: Splunk touch, Nginx/MaxScale, SpectroCloud/Cloudstack, game-studio production context.

Benefits:

  • Annual company bonus
  • Competitive salary & flexible working hours
  • Daily breakfast, lunch, and office refreshments
  • Private health insurance, dental coverage, and psychological counseling
  • 20 paid vacation days and 5 sick days per year
  • 6 long weekends and 1 day off for your birthday
  • Gifts for special occasions (birthday, Easter, Christmas, Women’s and Men’s Day, weddings, childbirth, etc.)
  • Technical library with the option to order books
  • Access to our educational platform with courses, training programs, and certifications
  • Career development through coaching and reviews
  • Internal mobility & referral program
  • Corporate celebrations, team-building events, and fun activities
  • Personal care in the office (nails, eyebrows, and barber services)
  • Modern offices (Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Dnipro) with organized shuttle buses to and from the office
